Shapiro & Company Property Management, LLC is a family owned and operated small business that has proudly served Washington for over 50 years. Manageing three apartment buildings located in the Woodley Park area, two of which are registered with the National Historical Society, and another building located in the Glover Park area.

Shapiro & Company properties are a wonderful place to live.  Our incredible staff prides itself on providing exemplary customer service. The type of service you would expect from a small family run business. Our goal is to provide an exceptional living environment, and to build strong relationships with our residents and the community.  That starts with responsive management at all levels.  If you have not had an opportunity to visit us in Woodley Park or Glover Park, we would very much enjoy the opportunity to show you our wonderful properties, introduce you to the team and welcome you home.

The Shapiro & Company Property Management, LLC Rental Office is located on the lower level of the Hampton House building, and is open from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
