Shapiro & Company, LLC is a family owned and operated company that has proudly served Washington for over 50 years. Offering three apartment buildings located in the Woodley Park area, two of which are registered with the National Historical Society, and another building located in the Glover Park area.

The Shapiro & Company, LLC rental office is located in the Hampton House Building, and is open from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.,Monday through Friday. Maintenance requests are received at the office, either in person, or by phone, and a paging system is also available for emergencies after 5:00 p.m. and on weekends and holidays. The engineers employed by Shapiro & Company, LLC are licensed and answer maintenance requests within 24 hours. The engineers are also on call 24 hours a day for emergency calls. Other staff members maintain the buildings and the professionally landscaped grounds.

Packages and overnight mail for residents are received by the office, and residents are notified immediately of their arrival.
